Touching: the feeling by hand to check the surface temperature of components, connection status and vibration.
Listening: According to the voice of working components making, then determine the position of abnormal sound .
Smelling: With the sense of smell to know whether there are the abnormal smell of the oil and machine parts.
Testing: when conditions permit, testing may be required, according to test result analyze the cause of malfunction.
By the above methods, we can get a general idea of the reason, After making good preparations, the disassembly working can be carried out strictly in sequence, we should observe carefully all of the components, and place them in organized situation.In order to confirm the cause of the malfunction, records should be kept and the malfuntion zones should be protected, repair work can continue after the real reason of the malfunction has been identified.
